KUALA LUMPUR – Champagne Armand de Brignac hosted its first ever dinner event in Malaysia at Sabayon, an exclusive, newly-opened restaurant on the 51st floor with views of Kuala Lumpur’s iconic Petronas twin towers. The menu included sumptuous dishes created by Chef Hans Boren including Miso-Glazed Hokkaido Scallops, Seared Yellowfin Tuna Loin, Quail Breast and Leg and Black Angus Tenderloin, to name a few. Guests enjoyed the dishes paired with a wide range of the prestige cuvées, including Brut Gold, Rosé, Blanc de Blancs and Demi Sec.
