Armand de Brignac

Blanc de Blancs

This very small production 100% Chardonnay cuvée is crafted from fruit sourced from traditional Chardonnay territory, the Côte des Blancs, and almost half of the blend is from the lauded Montagne de Reims. This unique assemblage delivers both minerality, suppleness, roundness and lightness from the Montagne de Reims terroir, providing even greater potential for aging.

Lightly buttered, baked pastry notes are followed by aromas of pear, hazelnut and a hint of gingerbread. On the palate, flavors of guava, gooseberry and peach are complemented by sweet spices and a fresh mineral finish.

Cellaring Potential

Elegant, complex and powerful now, however collectors could age this in perfect cellaring conditions for an additional 20 years, to see the development of more toasty and honeyed flavors.
