Blanc de Noirs Vintage 2015 is the first-ever vintage release from Armand de Brignac. 1,258 bottles of Armand de Brignac Blanc de Noirs Vintage 2015 are being released, each inscribed with its unique number in addition to its disgorgement date of February 8th 2024, showcasing the rarity, exclusivity and collectability of this ultra-prestige cuvée.

TASTING NOTES

Discover a symphony of flavors, including the delicate essence of almond, plum, a hint of warming cinnamon, strawberries and the playful tartness of clementine, all complemented by the subtle allure of violet flower. The palate is characterized by a wide and expansive sensation. Delight in a harmonious blend of spices, the rich nuttiness of almond, sweetness of praline, velvety allure of milky chocolate, brightness of grapefruit, and white peach.

Experience a lingering finale with subtle notes of strawberries, richness of blackcurrant, and a touch of clove. The journey culminates in a pleasing and elegant length, leaving hints of gingerbread, orange, and the refined essence of licorice.

Food Pairings

Blanc de Noirs Vintage 2015 can show some earthy notes and it can pair with a variety of foods. It makes a good match with hard, aged, and nutty cheeses such as Parmesan or aged Gouda. It is also a great accompaniment to clean, yet meaty flavored fish, such as bream or sea bass. This dish can be served poached or raw, thinly sliced and served as sashimi. Alternatively, serve it with macadamia nut-crusted halibut, white meat such as poultry in a creamy sauce or pork tenderloin with fresh rosemary and lemon thyme.
