Tasting Notes
Focused – Mineral – Profound
The bouquet opens with pronounced minerality layered with blackberry, ripe plum, fig, and delicate orange blossom. On the palate, vibrant maraschino cherry and confit citrus unfold alongside white peach, flinty minerality, and subtle baking spice. Richly textured yet remarkably precise, the wine is driven by vibrant acidity and exceptional length, with lingering notes of licorice, honey, and nutmeg.
Food Pairing
